Rest and Recovery

As we've learned over the few days, missions can be very demanding and exhausting. Rest and recovery is important for rejuvenation. Our teams have had some good time of recovery over the weekend. While DICE students got some much needed time off, Royal Servants had a fantastic time diving into local culture by feeding giraffes, exploring an African market, and enjoying a delicious authentic Kenyan meal. 😉😉

Just before our break, we had the pleasure of ministering at Riverview High School and Bookstars High School. We engaged in deep conversations about offering ourselves to God as living sacrifices and exploring our identity in Christ. Our time at Bookstars was particularly impactful, as we had the opportunity for extended small group discussions. The teams appreciated the meaningful conversations, and some were even able to pray with students individually.
